Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited has Australia wide business activities in manufacturing and tyre sales.
Manufacturing activities are :
- rubber mixing (Rubber Products - Minto N.S.W), and
- production of automotive products (Automotive Parts - Minto N.S.W)
Tyre Sales activity includes the importation and sales of Toyo brand tyre products as the national distributor in Australia.
Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited is committed to providing the :
- manufacture and supply of quality rubber compounds and rubber based products,
- manufacture and supply of quality rubber moulded products and services, and
- to provide our customers with quality tyre related goods and services,
all of which conform to the contractual requirements of our customers and all applicable regulatory authorities, with the aim of satisfying our customer’s needs.
To ensure Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited achieves its objectives for quality, all employees are involved and actively support our Quality Policy and the principles behind the Quality System.
In order to achieve this objective, Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited has implemented and maintains an effective and efficient Quality Management System incorporating the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for Toyo Rubber Products and Tyres, and ISO/TS 16949:2009 for Automotive Parts. Conformity of systems to meet customer requirements is based on objective evidence.
The successful implementation and maintenance of the system ensures that all personnel are conversant with the company’s strategy, goals and objectives to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our system.
Our commitment to quality is driven by senior management, extending to all functions and all levels of the organisation. The Quality Manual, Procedures and supporting documentation are available to all staff.
