The Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited - Tyre Division operates as the national distributor of Toyo brand tyre products.
The overall objective of the Tyre Division is to provide our customers with quality goods and quality service, with the aim of satisfying our customer's needs.
In order to achieve this objective, we have implemented and will maintain a Quality Management System incorporating the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Through this management system we encourage our staff, our customers and our suppliers to utilize the principles of kaizen, or continuous improvement.
Our quality system is described and defined in our Quality Manual, Procedures and supporting documentation. Continual review ensures areas of potential improvement are identified and these improvements implemented.
Our commitment to quality is driven by senior management, extending to all functions and all levels of the organisation. Copies of the Quality Manual, Procedures and supporting documentation are available to all Tyre Division staff through our intranet system.
To ensure Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited - Tyre Division achieves its objectives for quality; all employees are involved and actively support our Quality Policy and the principles behind the Quality System.
