TEAM MIRAGE AUSTRALIA" take on the famous Nurburgring 24 Hour Race in 2005

"Team Mirage Australia" has sent a 3 car team to compete in the 2005 Nurburgring 24 Hour Race. Practise for this event starts on the 5th of May, 2005. The race finishes on the 8th of May, 2005.
The car driven by Mal Rose, Kevin Burton and Anthony Robertson finished 2nd in class in the 2004 race. The team is aiming for a class win in 2005.

"Team Mirage Australia" will use the Proxes R888 in the 205/50R15 size on all three cars in the 2005 race.
The three car team will be as follows:
Car #146 will be driven by Mal Rose (V8 Supercars, Production cars, AMSCAR, AUSCAR, Super Trucks, Formula Ford), Kevin Burton (Production cars, Speedway Sprintcars, limited V8 Supercars), Anthony Robson (Production cars, V8 Supercars, Formula Ford, Super Touring).
Car #147 will be driven by Peter Leemhuis (Mitsubishi Mirage cup), Tony Alford (Mitsubishi Mirage cup, Targa Tasmania, Grand Prix rally, owner of Donut King) Adam Wallis (V8 Supercars, Formula Ford).
Car #148 will be driven by Allan Shephard (Production cars, Mitsubishi Mirage cup), Colin Osbourne (Production cars, CAMS President), Rob Rubis (Production cars), David Borg (Mitsubishi Mirage cup, Formula 3).
